Marks will not reflect my opinion of your writing. There has to be an impartial way for me to mark your writing, which is me marking it using a list of criteria. Please make yourself aware of this by reading below, as it will help you when you come to write your piece.

Marks
The criteria can be found below. In plain terms, marks represent the following achievements.

Story Criteria

| Originality (Uniqueness). | 5 |
| Structure (Beginning, Middle and End). | 5 |
| Use of Language Devices (Metaphors, Similes etc.) | 5 |
| General Coherence (Easily Understood). | 5 |
| Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation. | 5 |
| TOTAL | 25 |
Poetic Criteria
